The variety is characterized by a fine leaf texture and a deep dark-green color. It possesses high resistance to gray leaf spot, rust, dollar spot, red thread, and brown patch.

The plant has endophytic protection against pests, is distinguished by rapid rooting and the ability to recover under intense mechanical loads. It exhibits resistance to summer drought and adaptability to winter conditions.

It is used for creating sports fields, parks, recreational areas, and elite home lawns. The variety is not intended for forage crop production.
