The variety belongs to the group of lawn grasses and is used in grass mixtures, including for professional golf courses and regions with hot, arid climates. The plant is characterized by a rich dark green color and high wear resistance.

Breeding work to improve the variety is aimed at increasing resistance to such diseases as gray leaf spot, dollar spot, red thread, and crown rust.
