The variety Marniere was tested within the framework of the Danish variety testing system as a forage crop. During inspections in the period 2014–2016, the variety was deemed unpromising and rejected, therefore detailed morphological and agronomic characteristics are not provided in official registers.

At the present time, the variety is not recommended for distribution and widespread use in agricultural production due to insufficient effectiveness compared to existing market standards.
