The variety is intended for the development of parks, recreational areas, sports grounds, and football pitches. It forms a dense sward with very fine leaves and possesses high resistance to frequent mechanical stress and trampling.

The plant exhibits tolerance to red thread and resistance to rust. Sward color and salt tolerance are at medium levels.
