The variety is a tetraploid, while being characterized by high turf density, which is atypical for this group and makes it a valuable component of grass mixtures. The plant possesses a good spring regrowth rate and is capable of quickly forming a dense stand after sowing.

The variety demonstrates high winter hardiness and resistance to rust. The stand is characterized by endurance to intensive use, including trampling, which allows it to be used for the creation of sports grounds and other areas with active loads.
