The variety is intended for establishing lawns in warmer and drier climates, where it outperforms standard lawn varieties of ryegrass. The plant is characterized by rapid rooting and the ability to form a high-quality stand.

The variety possesses good wear resistance, maintaining sod viability under high load conditions. It is also characterized by excellent resistance to rust.
