The variety possesses the ability to form pseudo-stolons, which ensures high turf density and the capacity for regeneration after mechanical damage. The plant is characterized by a dark green color and a fine leaf blade texture.

The variety is intended for use in lawn mixtures at sites with intensive loads. It demonstrates high resistance to trampling and good recovery rates, developing optimally in temperate climatic conditions with sufficient irrigation.
