The variety is diploid and belongs to the mid-late heading group. Its distinctive features are the formation of a dense turf and high resistance to trampling, which makes it suitable for use in grass mixtures for pastures and hayfields, including those for horse grazing.

The plant possesses high resistance to rust, which contributes to the preservation of palatability and good feed intake by animals. It is preferable to grow the variety in temperate climate conditions on water-retentive soils.
