The variety is intended for use in lawn grass mixtures. It possesses improved resistance to gray leaf spot, as well as increased tolerance to heat and humidity. The variety contains more than 90% Neotyphodium lolii endophyte, which provides protection against pests and stresses.

The plant is characterized by rapid germination and active formation of turf stand. Externally, it is characterized by dark green color, high density, and turf quality. It is a specialized lawn variety, not a forage variety.
