The variety is tetraploid (4n) and belongs to the group of varieties with intermediate maturity. It demonstrates high productivity in the production of dry biomass, however, the yield indicator can vary significantly depending on external conditions.

The main purpose of the variety is fodder use for creating pastures, as well as harvesting hay and silage. The variety has also been used in breeding work as a parental component in the development of new ryegrass varieties.
