The variety was developed using an advanced polycross method with genetic material from the states of Oregon and New Jersey. It possesses high resistance to summer stress conditions and also demonstrates good drought tolerance and salt tolerance.
The plant is distinguished by high sod density and a good germination rate. The variety shows excellent resistance to gray leaf spot and improved ability to recover after damage, which makes it a sought-after component for sports and professional grass mixtures.
