The variety is used primarily in grass mixtures for landscaping parks and areas requiring the rapid establishment of an aesthetically pleasing and dense lawn.

During selection trials, the variety demonstrates high turf quality indices and resistance to common grass diseases, including rust and leaf spot. Stress tolerance characteristics are considered in the context of high tolerance to trampling.
