The variety is intended for creating high-quality turf coverings, professional sports fields, and golf courses. The plant forms a dense sod with elegant, medium-fine foliage of a rich medium- or dark-green color.

Distinctive features of the variety are high winter hardiness and resistance to Fusarium and red thread. Due to its ability to compete intensely with weeds, the variety allows for a reduction in the need for chemical treatment. The permissible mowing height is 1.0–1.5 cm, with a recommended height of 4.0–5.0 cm.
