The variety is used in turf grass mixtures. The plant is distinguished by its resistance to diseases and mechanical stress, and is suitable for low mowing from 3 cm starting from the second year of growth.

In the context of this crop, the variety is not a forage grass for livestock and is considered exclusively as an ornamental component of lawns.
