The variety has a bunch-type growth habit with a high capacity for lateral shoot formation. The leaves are pointed and have a glossy underside. The variety is adapted to low mowing, starting from 10 mm.
The plant possesses increased resistance to salinity and mechanical stress under intensive traffic. High resistance to Pythium blight, gray leaf spot, rust, and snow mold (Fusarium patch) is declared.
