The plant forms a uniform stand with a rich dark green color and fine leaf texture. The variety exhibits high resistance to gray leaf spot, excellent winter hardiness, and the ability to tolerate low mowing from 1.3 cm.

The variety is intended for the creation of professional sports grounds, golf courses, sod production, and landscape gardening. It is adapted to various soil types, tolerates full sun and partial shade, and is also suitable for overseeding into warm-season grass lawns.
