The variety possesses the ability to form tillers, which ensures compact growth with lateral spreading and self-repair in case of damage. The plant forms a very dense turf with fine leaves of a medium or dark green color.
The variety is small-seeded, which increases the number of seeds per unit of mass and promotes high seedling density. It is characterized by slow growth, which allows for a reduction in mowing frequency, and is adapted to a low cutting height from 10 to 40 mm.
