The variety is a diploid plant with an erect habit and dark green leaves of medium width and length. It possesses high turf density, a non-abrasive surface texture, and shows a very weak tendency for inflorescence formation in the year of sowing.

The plant has excellent resistance to intense mechanical stress and trampling. The variety demonstrates complex resistance to Pythium root rot, brown patch, and gray leaf spot.

The grass maintains a rich dark green shade for a long period. The variety is suitable for low mowing characteristic of professional golf courses and is often included in elite lawn mixtures.
