The variety is intended for creating turf covers, sports grounds, and areas with high intensity of use. Due to its ability for rapid germination and sod formation, it is often used in mixtures for overseeding and regeneration of existing lawns.

The plant possesses high resistance to trampling and mechanical loads, as well as good resistance to diseases. The variety is characterized by improved shoot density and is adapted to frequent mowing at a height of 10 to 40 mm.
