The variety belongs to late-maturing forms of perennial ryegrass with an earing date of approximately June 7. By biological characteristics, the variety is diploid and demonstrates excellent resistance to rust.

The plant is used in intensive livestock farming, including dairy and beef production, as well as sheep farming. The variety is valued for the high nutritional value of the forage, in particular the content of sugars and digestible fiber, as well as for its suitability for the "grazing-mowing-grazing" management system.
