The Vision variety is a lawn grass and, in terms of its characteristics, is close to the Manhattan 4 variety. The main difference lies in the development stages: the heading and flowering phases in this variety occur significantly earlier than in the close analog.
The plant possesses a fine-leaved structure and a high rate of establishment when sown. The variety is capable of adapting to various soil types, however, it is sensitive to waterlogging of the plots.
