The plant is a vigorous, spreading shrub reaching 1.1 m in height and 1.7 m in width by the age of five. The variety possesses high winter hardiness, corresponding to USDA zone 3.
The berries have an average weight of 2.2 g, a 'can' shape with a flat top, and a waxy bloom on the dark blue skin. The sugar content is 15.2° BRIX, and the fruit is suitable for refrigerated storage for up to two weeks.
The variety is early-maturing; in Oregon conditions, the harvest takes place from late May to early June. The yield is up to 3 kg per five-year-old shrub, and the intended use of the berries is universal.
