Variety description

The plant is an evergreen shrub possessing small, rounded leaves with a textured surface. A characteristic feature is the dark, almost black color of the foliage. During the flowering period, four-petaled flowers with prominent stamens are formed, after which berry-like fruits may develop, varying in color from purple-black to red.
The variety is intended for ornamental landscaping, including placement in containers, on patios, or in protected garden zones. Successful growth requires fertile, moist, and well-drained soil in partial shade conditions. The plant possesses good general disease resistance, though it can be affected by the greenhouse spider mite.
