The tree reaches a height of 4–5 meters and forms a spreading, eventually drooping crown. The variety is susceptible to scab and canker under excessive moisture, is prone to bitter pit, and requires high-quality nutrient-rich soils.

The fruits are round in shape, weighing approximately 110 g, and have yellow-green skin with an intense red blush. The flesh is yellowish-white, firm, and sweet-and-sour in taste. In case of a heavy harvest, pruning and fruit thinning are necessary due to the short fruit stalks, which contribute to premature fruit drop.
