The variety was obtained as a result of hybridization of Topaz and Fuji varieties. The tree has medium vigor and a spreading crown. The variety matures in mid-season, approximately 15 days after the Gala variety.

The plant is distinguished by high resistance to scab due to the Vf (Rvi6) gene, tolerance to fire blight, and low susceptibility to powdery mildew. Good productivity and ease of fruit thinning are noted.

Medium-sized fruits are bicolored with an intense dark red blush covering at least 80% of the surface. The yellow flesh of the fruits is firm, crisp, and juicy, with a sweet taste reminiscent of peach and lychee. Under normal refrigeration, the fruits store until January, and in a controlled atmosphere until February.
