The variety is late-maturing; harvesting is carried out in the first and second ten-day periods of October. Fruits possess crisp, juicy flesh with an intense aroma and a slightly acidic taste. The appearance of the fruits is characterized by rugose and russeted skin.

The plant is hardy and well-adapted to local growing conditions in the foothills of the Alps. The variety features excellent keeping quality, maintaining fruit consumer characteristics for up to 5 months under proper storage.

The purpose of the variety is table use and culinary processing, including the preparation of baked goods and compotes. The composition of the fruits, including the skin and flesh, is characterized by the presence of antioxidant compounds and polyphenols.
