The tree of the variety Zouk 32 (trade name Coryphée) has moderate to low vigor, a spreading growth habit, and a tendency for good branching. The variety is characterized as high-yielding and possessing multigenic resistance to apple scab.

The fruits are round-conical in shape and reach medium to large sizes. The skin is bright yellow with an intense red-pink blush covering more than 80% of the surface and characteristic star-shaped light green lenticels near the stalk. The light yellow flesh is firm, juicy, with a crisp texture and a balanced sweet-and-sour taste.

The ripening period occurs in early to mid-September. The fruits have good keeping quality and can be stored in a controlled atmosphere until April without the use of 1-MCP.
