The tree is medium-sized, reaching a height of 3–5 meters. The fruits are small, weighing 20–40 g, have a round shape and thin whitish-amber-yellow skin. The flesh of the fruit is sweet-and-sour, becoming translucent upon ripening.

The variety is classified as early-summer, with fruit ripening occurring in late July to early August. The harvest does not store long, from 5 to 30 days, and is prone to pre-harvest drop. The variety possesses high winter hardiness, but is characterized by low resistance to scab.

The fruits are universal in use: suitable for fresh consumption and for processing into juices, compotes, and confectionery products. The tree is often used in landscaping due to its decorative flowering and abundant fruiting.
