The fruits are medium to small in size, colored light red with stripes on a yellow background. The cream-white flesh is characterized by a firm, crisp, and rather dry consistency. The apples remain on the branches for a long time after ripening.

Harvesting is carried out in the first half of October, and the consumption period lasts from mid-November to February or April. The variety enters bearing late, has low productivity, and requires pollinators, although it can serve as a pollinator for other varieties itself.

The plant has good winter hardiness and wind resistance. Historically, the variety was most often grown as high-stem trees; it is intended for fresh consumption and culinary processing, including stewing.
