Variety description

The plant has an upright crown shape. Upon leafing out in spring, the foliage has a dark purple, almost black hue, gradually transitioning to dark green. Flowering occurs in April–May, with deep pink blossoms featuring a white center.
Fruits are spherical, 1–2 cm in size, dark red or burgundy-black, ripening in September–October and capable of remaining on the branches until winter. The variety is frost-resistant, prefers sunny spots or partial shade, and well-drained soils.
