The variety possesses weak dormancy, which allows it to continue growth during the winter period. The plants are distinguished by thin stems and a large amount of foliage, and exhibit resistance to lodging, high temperatures, and drought.
The variety is resistant to spotted alfalfa aphid and pea aphid, Fusarium, Phytophthora, and anthracnose. The produce is characterized by an increased protein content. The primary purpose of the variety is forage harvesting, in particular hay.
