Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is synthetic and combines the genetic material of tetraploid populations of blue and yellow alfalfa. It is intended for hay and green mass harvesting, showing high productivity: green mass yield reaches 80–100 t/ha, hay yield 15–20 t/ha.

The product is characterized by a protein content in hay of about 22%, high digestibility, and a low level of neutral detergent fiber. Thanks to the yellow alfalfa genes, the variety is successfully cultivated on heavy hydromorphic soils and demonstrates the ability for physiological adaptation to abiotic stresses.
