Plants have an average height during the spring regrowth period, reaching 120–150 cm during growth. The variety possesses the ability for rapid regrowth, which allows for 3–4 cuts per growing season with an average start of flowering.
Green mass yield is about 84 t/ha, dry matter is about 19 t/ha, with protein content in the dry material exceeding 18%. The root system is taproot, and the variety has the ability to fix nitrogen, improving soil fertility.
Used as a forage crop for the production of green fodder, hay, silage, haylage, and hay meal. The plant can also act as a honey plant.
