During field trials, the Durango alfalfa variety demonstrated a yield of about 4.7 tons per acre, which exceeds the average indicators for the tested samples. At the same time, quality indicators such as protein content, ADF, and NDF did not differ significantly from the parameters of other compared varieties.
The plant belongs to varieties with high growth energy, the indicator of which exceeds 7 units during the winter period. The variety is officially recorded in the Alfalfa Index.
