Variety description

The plant forms compact clumps with arching leaves. The foliage is narrow, linear, medium-green in summer, turning yellow-orange and pale-brown tones in autumn. The inflorescences are thin, erect panicles with an elegant drooping effect.
The variety is late-flowering; the flowering period covers the time from August to October. The plant possesses high winter hardiness (USDA zones 4–8) and sturdy stems. In landscape design, it is used for creating matrix plantings and styling flower gardens in a naturalistic style.
