The variety is a bulbous plant of the Amaryllidaceae family with peduncle heights from 50 to 70 cm. Flowering occurs in late summer or autumn, in the period from September to November. Inflorescences have an umbellate depressed-spherical shape with a diameter of 10–15 cm.
Funnel-shaped flowers with a diameter of 6.5–7 cm have a characteristic spider-like shape and pale pink color. The variety is considered one of the most cold-hardy in its genus; however, in temperate climates, container cultivation with winter protection is recommended. Cut flowers retain their decorative properties for 4 weeks.
