The Argiroudis 14a variety is used as a reference when describing the morphological characteristics of tobacco in test guidelines for distinctness, uniformity, and stability. Work with the variety is carried out by research institutes of the HAO-DEMETER system in Greece.

Morphological features of the variety include a narrow leaf blade width at the base. During full flowering, the inflorescence is located among the upper leaves of the plant. Information on productive qualities, agricultural practices, or disease resistance is absent from the documentation.
