The plant forms large dark green leaves and solitary flowers of a violet-blue shade without a pronounced fragrance. A characteristic feature is the filigree pinnate foliage surrounding the flower.
This variety is an annual crop that blooms during the summer period. The plant is used in ornamental gardening for decorating flower beds, borders, container landscaping, and is also grown for cut flowers and use as dried flowers.
