Variety description

The variety was developed from the South African cultivar 'Bok Bay'. The plant height ranges from 25 to 64 cm, with the most frequently recorded values for professional use being in the 35–45 cm range.

The plant is a summer-blooming type and requires a dormant period after flowering. To stimulate and accelerate the flowering process, vernalization of the bulbs at 10°C for three weeks is used. The variety corresponds to USDA hardiness zone 9 and may be susceptible to leaf spot.
