The variety is an interspecific hybrid obtained using embryo rescue techniques. Its genotype combines traits of the species Ornithogalum thyrsoides, Ornithogalum multifolium, and Ornithogalum dubium, which allowed for the combination of dense inflorescences, a compact habit, and intense petal color.
The plant forms strong, upright flower stalks and possesses glossy dark green foliage. The inflorescences are dense corymbose racemes with numerous bright yellow flowers. The variety is a diploid and is characterized by the ability to maintain its ornamental qualities for several months.
