Variety description

The variety is a hybrid of Paulownia elongata and Paulownia fortunei, obtained using the in vitro method. It is intended for plantation cultivation for the purpose of producing biomass and timber for the furniture industry and plywood production.
The tree is characterized by a rapid growth rate, with the transition from juvenile to mature wood starting from the 5th year. The hybrid is sterile, which eliminates the possibility of uncontrolled self-seeding.
The plant possesses resistance to temperatures from -35°C to +55°C and good resistance to biological pests. The wood has a low density (about 260 kg/m³), high specific strength, good insulating properties, and a chemical composition containing about 48% cellulose and 27% lignin.
