The hybrid is the result of breeding and micropropagation. The variety is sterile, does not propagate by seeds, and is classified as non-invasive. Propagation is possible only through the in vitro laboratory method.
Under optimal conditions, the tree reaches a height of about 16 meters and a trunk diameter of 35 cm in 6 years. The harvesting cycle is 6 years, after which the tree is capable of regenerating from the stump, allowing for subsequent harvest cycles every 4 years.
The wood is characterized by low weight, high stability, and a lack of tendency to accumulate moisture after drying. The variety possesses high adaptability to various soil types and climatic conditions.
