Variety description

The plant forms a dense, upright bush 45–60 cm tall including flower stalks, with the leaf rosette reaching 30–35 cm. A characteristic feature of the variety is the dark burgundy, almost black foliage, which maintains its color throughout the growing season.
Flowering occurs from June to August with lavender-violet tubular flowers, followed by the formation of decorative dark seed pods. The plant is resistant to lodging and pests (rabbits and deer), and also possesses high winter hardiness and the ability to withstand drought once established.
The variety is intended for use in flower beds, borders, and container plantings. It is propagated exclusively by vegetative means to preserve its traits, and the plant is sensitive to waterlogged soil, which may cause root system rot.
