The plant is a compact rosette about 20 cm tall, consisting of dense, heart-shaped, deeply wrinkled ("quilted") leaves. During the flowering period, it forms narrow cream-colored spadix-shaped inflorescences that rise above the foliage.
The species originates from the tropical forests of Brazil and is intended exclusively for ornamental cultivation. It is well-suited for keeping in small pots, terrariums, or on windowsills. It prefers diffused lighting, moderate watering after the substrate has dried out, and high air humidity; it does not tolerate stagnant water or direct sunlight.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
