The plant is compact, reaching a height of 30 to 40 cm. Leaves are elongated, dark green in color, growing up to 15–20 cm in length. The peduncle is 15–20 cm long.

Flowers with a diameter of 6–6.5 cm possess a saturated red-dark purple coloration with a characteristic feathery multicolored pattern on the petals. The lip is colored brown-dark brown with elements of a medium-yellow shade.
