The bean variety Apollo (index 7C-34) is characterized by the high positioning of pods on the plant, which makes it suitable for mechanized harvesting. The seeds of the variety have a white color.
The plant possesses resistance to curly top virus and bean common mosaic virus. The variety was obtained as a result of breeding work crossing the combination (TF 3047 x P-8-478) with the variety White seeded Tendercrop.
