The variety belongs to the category of Slovenian landraces or breeding forms with a characteristic Andean phaseolin pattern. The plant is a climber, and the seeds have an elliptical shape.
The grain of the variety contains about 23.5 g of crude protein per 100 g of dry matter and is rich in essential amino acids. The biological value of the protein is evaluated taking into account changes after thermal processing.
