The plant is a pole type and requires the use of supports. The pods are about 20 cm long and 7–9 mm in diameter, characterized by the absence of fibers. Upon full maturity, the seeds turn black; the flowers have a light violet hue.

The variety is resistant to bean common mosaic virus and some fungal diseases, including Ascochyta blight. It is distinguished by a long fruiting period and is suitable for cultivation both in the open field and in greenhouses.
