Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant is a tall climbing form of bean. The pods have a yellow color, a flattened shape, and reach a length of about 27 cm. The seeds are characterized by a white color and an oblong shape.

The variety is intended for consumption in an immature state as a whole, as the pods do not contain coarse fibers. The variety has Italian roots and in a number of catalogs is considered a synonym for the variety Meraviglia di Venezia a grano bianco.
