The plant is of the trellising type. The pods reach a length of 20–26 cm with a width of about 2 cm. The fruits are characterized by juiciness, tenderness, and the absence of fibers; they are suitable for fresh consumption, canning, and freezing.

The variety possesses high disease resistance and is capable of forming a high yield in a limited area. Cultivation on supports is recommended under good moisture availability and in wind-protected sunny areas in the open field or greenhouses.
